Membership in the USCCA has been a very rewarding experience to me. The ability to have an attorney based organization at my fingertips in case of any need. Personal request: Please do an article in your Concealed Carry magazine about the Ohio law which allows for the restoration of gun rights after a felony conviction. Under Ohio Revised Code section 2932.14, anyone may file an application to restore their gun rights (Concealed Carry) with the Common Pleas Court where they reside to request the restoration of their Second Amendment rights.
