What do you like most about your USCCA Membership?
This is a great organization! I believe all of its services are essential for anyone who wishes to exercise the 2nd Amendment rights.
So far I've attended two trainings in person and two online with and am currently enrolled to become an instructor. With over 30 years in the military, I very much believe in USCCA's mission and vision and it's nice to be part of an organization that is trying to do the right thing while sharing knowledge and experience.
I like the organization as a whole and how you present practical information for the everyday person. You emphasize being prepared in a legal and safe manner, using good judgement in self defense decision making, and being aware of the legal and emotional aftermath. As I mentioned earlier, I am a former police officer and currently teach law and public safety in a high school career center.

I purchased my first gun when it appeared Al Gore would become the POTUS. I was sure he would do all he could to destroy the 2nd Amendment.

We bought our pistols under the Obama administration- something didn't feel right. Now under the Biden administration we carry on a regular basis working in Madison, WI. You can tell that there are more people on the street that are not ok, more people on the road that are not ok. Auto insurance is up 38% in WI on average in 2024. If laws are not enforced, the average citizen is more at risk to being a victim of crime. Citizens not being held accountable for their actions and people from third world countries being allowed in is just increasing the risk to any law abiding citizen trying to live their life.
