The basic insurance operates as it should: good to have and not need, than need and not have. Easier to sleep at night when professionals "have your back." But the organization goes way beyond that. The training and collective knowledge is priceless. Even those with over sixty years' experience learn something new and useful with every contact. For newcomers it is absolutely invaluable.
