Unfortunately my first year of membership with the USCCA came at a difficult time in respect to issues related to COVID-19 and other concerns, however, I'm hoping that things improve so that I'll be able to take advantage of the online and, especially, in-person training in the future. For now all I can tell you is that I truly look forward to the USCCA publications I receive in the mail and the training books and gear I've ordered from you. My recommendation rating may have climbed from an 8 to a 10 if I had been able to participate more, but unforeseen circumstances dictated otherwise. All of the representatives I spoke with over the phone were stellar. I couldn't say enough of how pleased I've been by the USCCA staff. Now I wish I could go back a page and change my rating.
