When carrying a gun in a clipless inside-the-waistband holster, you can be relatively confident that it will stay in place, even during rough physical activity. As you can see from this video, the Mainstay Holster from Elite Survival Systems used in this episode stayed right in place through the brief fight. Other makers, like Sticky Holsters, Blackhawk, Galco or DeSantis, all make models that work very well. These holsters do require you to use two hands to reholster your gun, but because you are not a police officer who will be putting away a pistol to reach for handcuffs, that’s just fine. Remember to reholster reluctantly.
