I have only needed to call the 'hotline' once. A man attempted to attack me while I had my some in my car with me. When I saw that he had something in his hand and I did not feel safe, I drew my handgun. He returned to his vehicle but did not drive away. I was at a gas station, i took my son inside and informed the clerk what was happening. The i called 911, but the closest officer was 10 minutes away. The man finally left the parking lot, I let everyone know he was gone and the place pretty much emptid!

USCCA is awesome!! They are affordable, they teach you techniques to help you improve yourself. If you have questions just call and they will answer.
