USCCA REVIEWS AND USCCA MEMBER TRUE STORIES

I have carried a firearm for self defense for the last 20 years, but recently realized that the need for some sort of self-defense insurance was extremely important given the current political climate. It gives me peace of mind to know that I am covered if I ever have to defend myself, especially with the recent updates to the coverage policy. I hope I never need it, but I'm glad that I have it.

Well the reason I purchased a handgun is because I wanted to be able to protect my family when we were out away from our home I grew up in Detroit having to protect myself my whole life but when I became a father and a husband that was when I decided that I wanted to protect the people around me even those that are not my family if we carrying a concealed pistol help stop a crime or save someone's life that is all the justification that I need to carry a firearm I am also a big supporter of the second amendment ideal that the second amendment is when I concealed carry permit but I play by the rules and I have my CCW that is one of the reasons I joined at uscca so I could stay protected while protecting others I love being a member of the uscca I love having a piece of mind knowing that the the uscca has got my back and I self-defense situation or in the defense of someone else knowing that I have that piece of mind in place that we all members take care of each other and that we take care of other people as well as our families is saying something to people that don't carry a weapon that we are brotherhood and that we all stick together side to side arm and arm I might not know you you might not know me but knowing that I'm standing next to another uscca member it's all the peace of mind I need thank you again and I love being part of the uscca

I purchased my weapons to have for several reasons! One is the movies that are out there showing criminals attacking families injuring the male,so he can watch them do awful things to his family! Not going to be me! They will kill me first or they get the bodybag! I started my membership because, these days! It seems like everyone wants to put the law abiding citizen in jail!🇺🇲

I am a retired Police Chief, and when I retired, I never looked back. Though I am retired, I did not keep up with compliance or qualifications. I see the rise in crime and my priority now is my family and home. I have my weapons, and now I have my USCCA membership.

I always wanted to get a concealed carry license to carry a handgun the moment I turned 21. I have been shooting guns my whole life and have a deep respect for them. When I went to the 8-hour course required to be taken before getting the license, I did not even know there was concealed carry license insurance; it did not even cross my mind. But then a spokesperson came in to tell me about USCCA, and immediately, I was like, I need to get this. Because it is essential to know that someone out there will stand up for you when others are trying to put you down. There is a growing sentiment among politicians and people of the country who want to get rid of guns, so it is good that there is a growing community of people who will all stand together to stand up and protect our right to bear arms.

If you’re not from Louisiana you may have never heard of Derek Todd Lee. He is probably the most prolific serial killer in Louisiana history. I was in college at LSU at the time he was active. Two of his victims were killed less than a half mile from my apartment. Me and my friends decided to responsibly arm ourselves in an attempt to protect ourselves and other people. At the time we didn’t do concealed carry but we did keep firearms in our residences and trained with them frequently at the range. That was my firearm awakening moment. My concealed carry moment came when my daughter was born mainly but also corresponds with what I see as the devolvement of human society that has happened in the last decade and a half. I came to truly believe that I needed means to protect myself and my family at all times no matter where I was. I didn’t consider open carry as a real option for me with my place in life but I dove into concealed carry and have been carrying now concealed for a little over a decade.

The condition of our world continues to decline and then someone tried to steal my car at 10 am directly in front of my apartment window! I could not believe it. What was next, trying to enter my apartment? So I decided it was time to arm up. I took the CCW class and USCCA was highlighted at the end of said class. I want to be completely covered and knowledgeable going forward with my newly issued CPL.

Purchased my guns for family protection. The current political (idiots) are not very endearing. Getting a USCCA membership was one of the best I had done. Articles are the best
